Spacious and well-lit double room! the breakfast offered a nice variety, including noodles and rice, which was a good deal for the price. 🍜

The room we stayed in was big and full of natural light, plus it had a balcony to chill on. 🌞 When it comes to breakfast, they served up a satisfying meal including rice and noodles.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and Pradup Kumar was of great assistance during check-in and check-out. We were delighted when Pradup arranged a fruit platter and a refreshing melon juice drink for us upon arrival. the hotel and grounds were a private oasis in the middle of town. the staff were extremely helpful, and the air conditioning in the bar and restaurant was a godsend. Despite the mixed comments we had heard about Jaffna's safety, the hotel felt safe and secure. the people in Jaffna are the friendliest we've met in Sri Lanka.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that we have no complaints at all.

Everything was fantastic.

We had a great city break in a hotel that was conveniently located near major attractions. the staff was polite and professional, and the rooms were always clean and tidy. We enjoyed the delicious local cuisine and the ample selection of dishes offered. the hotel's garden was a peaceful place to relax and unwind in the afternoons.

Although we had an overall enjoyable stay, there were some minor issues that could be improved. the decor in the rooms was somewhat outdated and could use an update, and the room temperature was a bit difficult to control.

This hotel is located in a nice area in town and offers a wide range of services such as room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry. The staff is very helpful, especially the manager at the reception desk, who provides excellent service. The hotel also has a beautiful leisure swimming pool and a lovely garden area. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals, and there is also a bar/lounge area for relaxation.

I always choose this hotel for my stay. The staff is so helpful, even providing a late-night bottle of water on my first visit. This place has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and an outdoor pool. Coming back for New Year!

The hotel's location couldn't be any better, with excellent transport links to the rest of the area and a popular landmark visible from the entrance. the staff were incredibly accommodating, with a helpful tour available. the pool was a welcome relief after spending the day exploring nearby attractions, and the comfortable room provided a great night's sleep.

There was a slight issue with the bathroom, which was a minor inconvenience.

The rooms were good sized and the pool was clean. The location made it easy to get to all of the places we wanted to visit during our city break. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful when we had questions.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not up to par - we had to ask for the beddings to be changed and the shower cubicle wasn't clean enough. there were many mosquitos in the room which was unpleasant.
